DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS – Registration payment for presenters MUST be received by 28 May 2010. All other registration payments must be received no later than 18 June 2010. Due to late confirmation of CPD Hours registration has been extended

CANCELLATIONS - If the notice of cancellation is received between 21 May and 18 June, we will refund 50% of the conference fee. No refunds will be given after this date.
